Has it been a week already?

If I am to believe the calendar it has been a full week since my last post. This is not out of lazyness. It is out of a lack of anything to say. I haven't had a story picked up. I haven't finished a story. I haven't started a new one. I have been in a week-long stasis. I have managed a couple of thousand words written. They are good words. I like them anyway.

I hope to have something more to say in the near future, but for now I am going to go back to working on the story I am into. When I am done with that I am going to go back to reading the book I am enjoying immensely.

Until then, later. :)

I know that feeling well. Still, I feel lazy when I don't post at least 2 times a week...

Barry, I am going to get over that feeling for a little while. I need to focus more on writing and less on blogging or social networking at this point. I am feeling lazy. (Damn, here I am on my blog and not writing, again. This is going to be hard.)

Ach! We all have lulls in blogging - I say enjoy yours.

My whole year has been like that so far. You're doing much better than me.

I've been lazy about blogging lately too. Somehow it hasn't translated to me writing more non-blog words, though.

I love getting into a really good book.

I tried that tactic. Less blogging & socializing and I feel so out of the loop now. So far it hasn't helped but I think if I chain myself to the desk this weekend, it might help.

I'll send the story goblins your way when I wrangle them.

Cate, I plan on it. I will have lots to say when I get back. Lots I tell you. :)

K.C., me neither. I don't like it.

Danielle, me too and this one I am reading is one of this authors best I have read.

Mary, wrangling story goblins. Is that anything like herding cats?

Keep enoying, Jamie. That's the real "win", isn't it? Keep enjoying the process at whatever pace.

I hope it isn't as difficult as herding cats. But those goblins can be just as stubborn...

Okay, now I have to ask what it is that you're reading.

Mercedes, my week has been great. not a lot of writing since this post, but fun anyway.

Danielle, Shadow Season by Tom Piccirilli. It feels different than everything of his I have read, but just as good.
